Wilfa UK only provides warranty and customer support to customers who have purchased Wilfa products in the UK.
If you have purchased your Wilfa product outside of the UK, please contact the retailer that you purchased your Wilfa product from for warranty and customer support.
As of 01.09.2020, Wilfa branded products come with a 5-year warranty, starting from the day the product is purchased.
If you purchased your Wilfa coffee or kitchen range product from one of our stockists, retailers and/or resellers, please contact them directly for any warranty concerns, together with supporting information (description of issue, photos, video, etc).
If you purchased your Wilfa coffee or kitchen range product directly from Wilfa UK, please contact us for any warranty concerns.
This warranty only applies to products purchased and used in private households (non-commercial).
The warranty is void in commercial use as well as in the event of misuse, negligence, failure to follow Wilfa's instructions and by modification or unauthorised repair of the product.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects or defects that occur during the warranty period. The warranty does not apply to use of incorrect electrical voltage, normal wear and tear, incorrect use, or lack of maintenance, such as:
