Does Wilfa come with a warranty?

Wilfa has now introduced a 5-year warranty on all Wilfa-branded products, for products purchased after 01.09.2020. For anything purchased before this date, a 1-year warranty will apply.

Wilfa’s 5-year warranty is applicable across all products in the Coffee and Kitchen range, including parts. Products including a motor in Wilfa’s Kitchen Range include an extended 10-year motor warranty:

  • Wilfa Probaker Stand Mixer
  • Wilfa Powerfuel XL Blender
  • Wilfa Powerfuel Digital Blender

What does the Wilfa warranty cover?

Your warranty is valid from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects or defects that occur during the warranty period.

This warranty only applies to products purchased and used in private households. The warranty is void in commercial use. The warranty is void in the event of misuse, negligence, failure to follow Wilfa's instructions and in the event of modification or unauthorized repair of the product. The warranty also does not apply to normal wear and tear, incorrect use, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage or the following:

  • Descaling must be carried out in accordance with the instructions for use
  • Product overload
  • Damage to glass
  • Release coating
  • Wear parts Filter, battery and other parts that must be expected and replaced regularly

How do I claim under Wilfa's warranty?

If you purchased your Wilfa coffee or kitchen range product from one of our stockists, retailers and/or resellers, please contact them directly for any warranty concerns, together with supporting information (description of issue, photos, video, etc).

If you purchased your Wilfa coffee or kitchen range product directly from Wilfa UK, please contact us for any warranty concerns.

To put in a warranty claim with us, you must present your proof of purchase (i.e. a receipt or order confirmation).

My Wilfa Coffee grinder does not operate when the start switch is on.

You can try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check that the mains supply is 220 - 240 V.
  2. Reinsert the bean cup and set the grinding level by turning to the right.
  3. Insert the cup for freshly ground coffee in the appropriate position.
  4. Rotate the timer button to set the grinding time.

There is a high-pitch sound, beans not fed into appliance; does not produce ground coffee in my Wilfa grinder.

You can try the following troubleshooting step: Switch off the machine and take out the coffee beans. Check to see whether any hard matter has been mixed in with the coffee beans, and check for damaged components
